Restylane and Perlane can add volume and fullness to the skin to correct moderate to severe facial wrinkles and folds, such as the lines from your nose to the corners of your mouth (nasolabial folds) and areas around the mouth.  What make Perlane different from Restyalne is the average size of the gel particles and the depth of the injection.  On average, the gel particles in Perlane are larger than those in Restylane, which makes Perlane a good choice for deeper wrinkles.

Restylane has recently been FDA approved for injection into the lips for lip enhancement. This can have a very natural appearance and reduce lipstick "bleed" ...you do not have to look like Angelina Jolie, unless, of course, you want to!
