Botox Cosmetic® & Dysport

BOTOX® Cosmetic (onabotulinumotoxinA) is an FDA approved, prescription medicine that is injected with a tiny needle into muscles and used to improve moderate to severe frown lines between the eyebrows in adults 18 to 65 years of age for a period of time, usually 3-4 months. It works by blocking nerve impulses to the injected muscles.  This reduces muscle activity that causes those lines to form between the brows.
